Cancelation & Refund Policy

1. Lessons and Rentals:

If cancelled more than 24hours before the booking start time, 100% refund will be done to the payment method used when booking.

If cancelled less than 24hours before the booking start time, no refund will be made. In that case you might want to talk to us (using the available contact methods on the website) and we will do our best to change the date.

2. Packs and Courses

After starting a pack or course no partial refunds will be available.

Before starting a pack or course, previous rules apply.

3. Surf Camps: 

If cancelled more than 30 days before the booking start time, 100% refund will be done to the payment method used when booking.

If cancelled less than 30 days but more than 15 days before the booking start time, 50% refund will be made.

If cancelled less than 15 days before the booking start time, no refund will be made.

Once purchased, Surf and Stay packages are non-divisible and non-refundable in part. This means individual components of the package—such as surf lessons—cannot be refunded or separated after booking. Exceptions will only be considered in cases of force majeure, including but not limited to injury, severe weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the guest’s control. 

Valid documentation may be required to process any exceptions.
